Having chosen Maricopa Malinois Kennel was the best decision our family made when selecting the right breeder to bring home our Belgian Malinois. From the very beginning, Erica was very knowledgeable, inquisitive and enthusiastic about her pups. The instant connection and mutual interest helped our family decide to obtain a pup from this breeder in particular.

After our application was approved, the entire transaction from the deposit process thru picking up our pup was fantastic. Erica was always communicative, responsive and a delight to work with. Erica made sure to help us pick the right pup for us by providing accurate descriptions of the type of pup we were looking for, as well as providing plenty of pictures, and videos for us to make a confident decision.

Leading up to picking up our pup, Erica was diligent in posting numerous pictures and videos on the Instagram page, which I found to be so entertaining and inclusive. I felt like we always knew what our pup was up to and even provided insight into his upbringing.

The meet and greet day was a pleasant interaction and everything we hoped for. Erica provided us with various resources that would set us up to be successful taking our pup home, as well as raising him; this included printed materials on eating schedules, play time, veterinary paperwork and AKC documentation. Not to mention, picking our sweet boy up with a giant red bow on him was absolutely adorable. (Nice touch!!)

Lastly, getting to meet our little guy Kona was the best of all. Erica exceeded our expectations by providing us a healthy, strong and well raised Belgian Malinois, whom we can see was raised in a loving environment. I would highly recommend Erica and her Kennel to anyone who is looking for a quality breeder who produces all star Belgian Malinois.

Maricopa Malinois generates fantastic animals. I was seeking a new demo dog (I train dogs, and use the demo dog as an example of how behavior should look). I needed a fast-learning medium-sized animal with an interest in the ball, food, and praise. Malinois were definitely at the top of my list IF I could find a good breeder. Breeds like Malinois are easy to mess up in nature and nurture so I was cautious about seeking a Mal pup. They’re like Ferraris, if not built and maintained perfectly they can malfunction and have lifelong problems. When they’re built and maintained well, they’re exceptional dogs. Maricopa Malinois was very open and willing to answer all my questions, send photos and video, and keep me updated on all aspects of the puppies. They held onto her longer than normal and worked with me on transporting the puppy to her new home. She has a very stable temperament and a zest for life (it can be hard to find dogs with both). I’ve just had her for a week and she’s open, curious, involved, and the right amount of cautious.. She’s loving, kind, a quick learner… I really have nothing bad to say!

From the moment we saw the puppy videos on Maricopa Malinois social media, we immediately knew Phoenix was the perfect addition to our home. Not only did we interview them, but they interviewed us – making certain Phoenix would be in a home that understood the nature of the breed. We wanted to make sure the new pup had a good temperament, socialization, no health issues, and that the pup’s parents were well cared for. Maricopa Malinois far exceeded our expectations by providing us with every detail since the day she was born. I do not think I will ever have any other canine other than the ones that come from them. I thoroughly enjoy sharing Phoenix’s growth and progress with them and I look forward to adding more Maricopa to the pack!
